Complete working drawings for a three-mat (54 sq.ft) tea house using American construction techniques and materials. Finish and details give it an authentic appearance. Includes booklet of instructions, tips and sources for materials, finishes and furnishings.

A Japanese Guest House

Complete working drawings for a 508 sq. ft. Japanese house using American construction techniques and materials. Finishes and details give it an authentic appearance. 8-tatami mat washitsu (main room - living room by day and bedroom by night). Storage closet for futons, etc. Traditional shoin (scholar's seat) with storage below Engawa (sun porch). Includes construction notes, CD with 75 photos of details.

O-Furo - Building Japanese Baths
